• 3 Abhyanga (harmonizing synchronous massage with herbal oils) 
• 2 Shirodhara (oil applied to the forehead for vegetative harmonization) 
• 2 Padabhyanga (Ayurvedic foot reflex zone massage, harmonizing and revitalizing) 
• 1 Svedana (herbal steam bath with Ayurvedic medicinal plants) 
• 1 Shiroabhyanga (stimulating oil massage of head an head region)
• 3 Basti (Ayurvedic regulation of the intestinal system)
• 1 Virechana (regulation of digestiv system)

Where a patient’s constitution calls for alteration in therapy, treatments will be substituted adequately and in accordance with individual requirements.

Group programmes such as yoga, meditation, sacral dance and lectures, depending on what is on programme during the time of your stay.

Extension possible/invoicing for extra services and additional days according to itemized price list. The same applies to additional restorative tonics and depends on the actual consumption.
