14 days Panchakarma therapy

Cleansing, revitalization and regeneration to mobilize and strengthen your body's defences and self-healing capacity. It is the objective of this therapy to open up new dimensions for your beauty, along with an increase in energy and inner strength that help you to better master the trials and vicissitudes of life.

We offer you:

• 14 nights incl. full board with original Panchakarma cooking

Free use of the Kurhessen Therme (thermal bath) 4 hours/day. Direct access from the clinic to a uniquely beautiful recreation centre, fabulous world of sauna, solarium, 1200 square metres water surface, embedded in an exotic setup.

Medical and therapeutic services:

Medical initial examination with Ayurvedic diagnosis of constitution and individual therapy plan, medical care throughout your stay and final medical examination combined with consultation.

• 1 Pizhichil (royal oil bath, synchronous massage under running warm oil)
• 3 Abhyanga (harmonizing synchronous massage with herbal oil)
• 3 Shirodhara (oil applied to the forehead for vegetative harmonization)
• 1 Shiroabhyanga (invigorating massage of head, neck and shoulders with herbal oil)
• 2 Svedana (herbal steambath with Ayurvedic medicinal plants)
• 1 Virechana (regulation of digestiv system)
• 4 Basti (Ayurvedic regulation of intestinal system)
• 2 Padabhyanga (Ayurvedic foot reflex zone massage, harmonizing, regenerating)

Where a patient’s constitution calls for alteration in therapy, treatments will be substituted adequately and in accordance with individual requirements.

Group programmes such as yoga, meditation, sacral dance and lectures, depending on what is on programme during the time of your stay.

Extension possible/invoicing for extra services and additional days according to itemized price list. The same applies to additional restorative tonics and depends on the actual consumption.
